About M3 Medical

M3 Medical was established in 2004 by Killian O’Dowd and Aidan Mulloy. The organisations unique combination of skills and experience has afforded M3 Medical the opportunity to move from strength to strength throughout the medical device distribution industry.

Experience and relationships have enabled M3 Medical to bring new and innovative technologies to the medical device market place throughout Ireland.

All of our staff have vast experience in their fields and share their knowledge and experience with our customers.

In 2019 M3 Medical were acquired by Irish healthcare and drug distribution group Uniphar.

Brendan joined M3 Medical in 2018 as Director of Sales & Marketing and has over 20 yrs experience in sales, marketing and management in both pharmaceutical and med tech organisations. Brendan’s expertise is in NeuroRadiology, Cardiology, Radiology, and Vascular therapies. Brendan is a graduate in Sports & Excercise Management from UCD, and holds a Post Grad in Marketing, PR, and Advertising. In 2024 Brendan took over from Killian O Dowd to lead M3 Medical in Ireland and UK as Head of Sales.

Robbie joined M3 Medical in 2023 as the Business Unit Leader for ROI and brings over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management from both pharmaceutical and medical technology organizations. His expertise lies in Cardiology, Radiology, and Vascular therapies. Robbie earned a BA in Business from the University of Ulster and holds a Postgraduate degree in Health Economics.

Danny has over 20 years experience within the Medtech sector and a wealth of experience in bringing new products into the UK market for start up companies and establishing their business in the UK. He also has extensive experience with blue chip Medical Device companies and was previously part of the senior leadership team at Abbott UK & I within cardiology.

In 2018, Anna joined Synapse Medical (now M3 Medical) as a Clinical Sales Specialist. Anna is a Registered General Nurse specialized in Cardiology Nursing. Before joining our company, she served as the Clinical Nurse Manager of the Cardiovascular Cath Lab at Mater Misericordiae University Hospital. Within M3, Anna is responsible for managing the structural and interventional cardiology portfolio, covering Ireland and Northern Ireland

Bobby first began her career in Med Tech back in 2018. With five years experience in the field, she now leads the Intervention Neuroradiology Division in M3 Medical, managing the portfolio nationwide. Previously a qualified nurse, graduating from UCD in 2014, she has extensive experience and specific interest in all areas relating to Interventional Radiology.

Eva joined M3 Medical in 2023 as a Clinical Sales Specialist. She holds a Master's in Business Administration, which she completed in 2023. Additionally, Eva is a qualified Children's and General Nurse with extensive experience across various areas, including Cardiology. In her role at M3, Eva is responsible for managing the procedure pack and manifold portfolio, covering the island of Ireland.

Gareth joined M3 Medical (formerly Synapse Medical) in 2018 as a Clinical Sales Specialist. He is a qualified nurse with a postgraduate degree in cardiology, boasting extensive knowledge in the cardiology field. Gareth previously worked as a Clinical Nurse Manager in a Cardiac Cath Lab. He is responsible for all Interventional Cardiology and Radiology products in our portfolio.

In 2016, Linda joined Synapse Medical (now M3 Medical) to take on the role of Clinical Sales Specialist. Linda is a Registered General Nurse with extensive experience in Surgical and Radiology Nursing. Prior to joining our company, she served as the Radiology Clinical Nurse Manager at Beaumont Hospital. Within M3, Linda is responsible for managing the Interventional Endovascular Radiology portfolio in Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Niamh is a qualified radiographer and has many years of clinical experience working in cardiac cath labs and radiology departments in Ireland. Niamh is responsible for the interventional cardiology portfolio within M3 and covers the island of Ireland.

Simon is an experienced Country Leader in the medical device industry with 20 years experience in the implantable device sector. Simon has specialised in the Cardiac Rhythm Management segment and has held leadership roles for UK and Ireland. As Head of CRM for M3, Simon now leads the Cardiac Rhythm Management Portfolio for MicroPort CRM in Ireland.
